Name for forums

I wanted to make a logo/advertisement thing for the forums. But didn't know the name...Do we have a catchy name?

We actually don't haha. Just named it what I named it. I am guessing you took a look at the admin panel...

Well I originally had three ad banners made but only 1 would upload to photobucket for some reason but it was my favorite of the three so whatever. but this is what the full add will look like on other forums. What do you guys think?



What is Unsung Heroes?

Unsung Heroes is a Lord of the Rings (LotR) based forum roleplay site.

What do you do at Unsung Heroes?

Forum roleplay is kind of like an MMO told through words. You can create your own character or use one of the many famous names from the J.R.R. Tolkien world. The choice is yours. Once you have created a character you may begin to write your own chapter of the LotR story, using your own character and describing his or her exploits throughout the world. The possibilities are endless. You can fight for good, for evil, and be any one of the available races in the LotR world. You can choose to work along side fellow players, or work alone and let others follow your tale as your story develops.

What’s the point?

Unsung Heroes was originally created with the intent of providing a relaxed and fun environment for people from all walks of like to come together and create their own character in the LotR world. We want people to be able to interact with one another and create events that promote teamwork to overcome. Of course we also support players that just wish to come and let others read their writing as they create their very own LotR tale for us to enjoy.

What is LotR?

I’m sure everyone has heard of the Lord of the Rings, whether through the movies or the books. I’m also sure that not everyone is very familiar with the LotR lore. That is okay, we welcome everyone to come and learn with us. Our rules are not strict, we encourage people that do not know much about LotR to come anyway. As you read other’s stories and begin to write your own you will begin to learn a lot more about the world of middle earth.

When does the Unsung Heroes timeline take place?

We decided to begin our timeline at the beginning of the LotR Trilogy. That way more people are familiar with the story.

Unsung Heroes is fairly new, the site has been up for close to a week. We are growing steadily and our community is improving. We want others to come and join the fun, and help our community grow. We hope to see you soon.
